About Pineda Painting

A husband-and-wife painting crew in Tampa

Alicia runs the schedule, talks color and writes every price. Emilio does the prep and the trim and checks each room before you walk it. Elias, Nidia and Abel paint with us, and you'll see the same five people every day of your job.

We started with one question from customers: what is this going to cost, and what does it cover? So we price room by room, in writing, and we say who speaks Spanish. We're a Tampa company and we work in Tampa neighborhoods.

How we work

Four rules in every house

  • Price first, in writing

Nobody opens a can until you've seen the written price and said yes.

  • Cover before we paint

Floors, furniture and fixtures are covered before the first brush.

  • The same people daily

The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it.

  • Updates by text

A photo at the end of the day, and a message when a date moves.
