How a price arrives

From your text to a written price

  • Photos

Three photos per room by text. Most rooms we can price from these.

  • A look, if needed

If a ceiling, a stain or the size isn't clear, Alicia or Emilio comes to see it. There's no charge for the visit.

  • The written price

Each room, what's included, repairs, colors, days and payment schedule, in one message. Good for 30 days.
