How it works
From your dates to your key back

Step 1: Tell us your dates
When you leave, when you're back, and which rooms. A text or WhatsApp message is enough.

Step 2: We price from photos or video
Send photos or walk the house with us on a video call. We write the price for each room.

Step 3: The key and the alarm
A lockbox, a neighbor or in person, your choice. Tell us how the alarm and thermostat should be set.

Step 4: We paint, you get photos
Floors and furniture covered, one room finished at a time, a photo text at the end of the day.

Step 5: Walk-through, then the key
We show you every room on video. You point at anything to touch up before the key goes back.

When a summer storm changes the plan
Afternoon storms
Inside work goes on. Outside work stays to dry mornings, and we text you when a day moves.
A named storm
We stop, take down ladders, bring tools inside, and cover or close up the work. Then we text you.
After it passes
We check the house and send photos before we start again. We tell you what we see, including anything that isn't ours to fix.
Summer-away questions
Who is in my house while I'm gone?
Only the five of us: Alicia, Emilio, Elias, Nidia and Abel. We don't hand your key to anyone else, and we tell you before another person comes.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can send the certificate to you, your HOA or your insurer.
Can we change the dates?
Yes. Tell us as early as you can. Storm delays are ours to manage and we move the schedule without extra charge.
